About

ChonkChat exists to give you back control of your online life. Social media used to be about the people you actually care about. Somewhere along the way it turned into ads, bots, AI slop, and an algorithm that decides what you see and how long you stay.

We are reimagining what it should have been. ChonkChat gives you private, owner-run communities with the discussion and discoverability of social media, and none of the spam, ads, or endless feeds. Every post shows up in plain, chronological order, so the people you care about never get buried again.

Nothing here is ranked, boosted, or hidden. There are no follower counts, no vanity metrics, and no performing. Because every community is paid, your attention is never the product, which means no ads and no bots, just verified, real people who chose to be there.

It is the best of social, none of the noise. Just your community, in order, on your terms.
